John Davidson is a highly entertaining, melodic folk-singer and musician who is based in
Perthshire, Scotland. He works as a solo artist, in a duo with Lorna Davidson or Sandy Marshall (don't worry you
can spot the difference) and as a member of the folk trio Tarneybackle.
He sings predominantly Scottish folk songs and includes traditional
and contemporary material from England, Ireland and the Americas.
Recently
he has developed an Americana/blues/country set which he is offering as an alternative to his folk material. Gig listings
